Exchange Policy

We offer a 7 day exchange policy on all purchases.  Item must be returned in the original condition within 7 days of purchase. Online purchases may be returned for refund. In store purchases may be returned for store credit. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.

Items are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Shipping or UPS.

CONSIGN OR SELL WITH US

To consign with us, send us photos and a description of your item via email: PoshPurseCoNaples@gmail.com. Once the price has been agreed upon and the Consignment Agreement has been signed, drop it off or ship it to us. Once your item is authenticated and processed, we offer it on our website at market value.  Once the item has been sold, we will pay you 70% of the sales price.  Payments are made approximately 7 days after the sale has occurred.
